Grandstand

Description

Located in Upper Douglas, the Isle of Man TT Grandstand is a great place to view the races and experience the TT. Access to the paddock is completely free and open to the public, with mechanics working on their machines, and riders preparing for the next race, it gives a great insight into how teams operate.

The Grandstand also offers refreshments, serveral bars and a beer tent with live music in the evenings. During the race, there is premium seating (purchased via iomttraces.com) that can view the pit straight, podium and the start/finish line. The TT Control Tower is also located on the top floor of the Grandstand. This is where the Clerk of the Course manages the race, whilst liasing with Senior Marshals and Fire/Police/Medical officers in case of any incidents on or around the track.
