Iron Gate

Description

Iron Gate leads from the long Ballakeighan Straight. A right hand turn followed by a fast left hander that leads into Joey's Gate. Iron Gate can be a very hairy corner when the rider does not take the proper racing line, as the left hand kerb can seem like it suddenly comes out of nowhere. Not much overtaking is seen into Iron Gate due to it's fast entry speed and narrow exit, however when there is action, it's usually a heart in mouth experiance.
